The Food Group has produced a position paper which sets out some thinking on food education. What makes it transformational? We argue for the importance of giving attention both to the process and content of food education, and draw on integral theory and action learning to explain how they are related.
The paper is intended to inform the work of the Food Group, giving some pointers for evaluating existing food education projects and suggesting how we could deliver better ones in future. We hope that all practitioners of food education in Wales will join in with us, and we invite your comments.
